The Picklebook Participation & Wager Agreement

By requesting access to The Picklebook, I understand and agree that The Picklebook does not collect, hold, transfer, or disburse funds. Any funds related to wagers are settled outside the website through the applicable participant or agent.

All outstanding funds must be settled no later than 10:00 PM on the day of the event, unless otherwise approved by the event administrator.

Any form of match fixing, intentional underperformance, collusion, score manipulation, bet manipulation, or other attempt to improperly influence the outcome of a match or wager is strictly prohibited. Any participant involved in such activity may have related wagers forfeited and may be permanently removed from The Picklebook at the administrator’s discretion.

If I refer another participant, I understand that I am responsible for any unpaid wager obligations associated with that person if they fail to settle their balance.

Participation in betting is completely optional and is not required to play in any Picklebook event. The Picklebook is intended to be a private, recreational activity among participants and is for entertainment and fun.
